深圳O·POWER文化艺术中心是由景观建筑师引领的可持续城市“超级更新”案例，它采用了具有挑战性的更新策略，保留了城市的多功能性、历史文化和社区记忆。景观团队运用了富有创意的设计方法，激发了场地的活力，将工业遗迹变成了市民休闲的公共空间。O·POWER以华中发电厂的工业废墟为基础，结合了自然生态和人居环境，打造了一个集舞台艺术、休闲商业、社区游乐于一体的文化艺术园区，为公共社区带来了“新能量”，也展现了深圳的年轻活力，成为了城市的新标志。Shenzhen OPower Culture and Arts Center is an example of “super-renewal” of urban environment led by landscape architects, which adopts a challenging renewal strategy to preserve the multifunctionality, historical culture and community memory of the city. The landscape team used creative design methods to stimulate the vitality of the site, turning industrial relics into public spaces for citizens to relax. OPower is based on the industrial ruins of the Huazhong Power Plant, combining natural ecology and human habitation, creating a cultural and artistic park that integrates stage art, leisure business, and community amusement. It brings “new energy” to the public community, shows the youthful vitality of Shenzhen, and becomes a new landmark of the city.
