深圳O·POWER文化艺术中心是由景观建筑师引领的可持续城市“超更新”案例，采用了具有批判性的更新方式来保留城市的多样功能、历史文化和社区记忆。景观团队运用了富有创新性的设计方法来活化场地，将工业的记忆转变为市民休闲的公共活动空间。O·POWER以华中发电厂工业遗迹为起点，结合自然生态和人居环境，打造了一个综合型的文化艺术园区，包含了舞台艺术、休闲商业、社区游乐等功能，成为了激发公共社区活力的“新能源”，也是展现深圳年轻活力的城市新标志。Shenzhen OPower Culture and Arts Center is an example of “super-renewal” in sustainable urban development, led by landscape architects. It adopts a critical renewal method to preserve the diverse functionality, historical culture, and common memory of the city. The landscape team used innovative design approaches to revitalize the site, transforming the industrial memory into a public activity space for citizens' leisure. OPower Culture and Arts Center starts from the industrial relics of Huazhong Power Plant, and combines natural ecology and urban living to create a comprehensive cultural and artistic park, which includes stage art, leisure business, community amusement and other functions. It is the “new energy” that stimulates the vitality of the public community, and also the new symbol of the young vitality of Shenzhen.
